• Excellent chemical resistance – resistant to all kinds of acids and alkalis across a wide range of concentrations, temperatures, and exposure times (except prolonged exposure to hydrofluoric acid)

• Tolerances – ± 0.01mm for length and width/diameter, ± 0.05mm for thickness
• Any geometries or disc formats within these measurements are feasible.
• Laminating onto a carrier glass or bonding multiple plates is possible to reach larger geometries.
