Fused Quartz Plate

Fused quartz is a high-purity, non-crystal form of Silicon Dioxide (SiO2), known for its high-temperature stability, UV transparency, and resistance to harsh chemicals.

Fused quartz plates are used in a variety of high-performance applications such as optical windows & lenses, furnace viewports & windows, sputtering targets & coating susbstrates, high-purity insulating discs in electronic and photonic devices, UV sterilization systems, bioimaging & microfluidics, sensor & camera windows, radiation shielding, semiconductor wafer carriers & substrates.

We provide fused quartz plates and discs in three different material grades:

• Optical Grade Fused Quartz: for Wavelength 220~2500nm
• UV Grade Fused Silica: for wavelength 185~2500nm
• Full Spectrum Fused Silica: for wavelength 260~3500nm

We have many standard fused quartz plates in stock. We also provide custom fused quartz discs in various sizes.
