Single Crystal Alumina Powder

Compared to polycrystalline powders of the same specification, single crystal alumina powder allows heat energy to pass more directly through the crystal lattice, making it easier to establish effective thermal conductivity pathways. Due to its structural characteristics, single crystals more readily form line and surface contacts, offering significant advantages in thermal conductivity.

Single crystal alumina powder features a high melting point, excellent thermal and chemical stability, low specific surface area, clean particle surfaces, high α-phase content, and low oil absorption. It delivers outstanding thermal conductivity and electrical insulation.
