Alumina Substrates

We provide both blank alumina substrates and laser-processed alumina substrates.  Our substrates are mostly within the length of 5~115mm and thickness of 0.36~1.2mm.   Alumina substrates are used widely in Hybrid Integrated Circuit (HIC), network resistance, glass-glazed potentiometers, semiconductor congealers and power modules.

The following blank substrates are our standard sizes.  We can also produce according to custom dimensions, or provide laser scribing and drilling according to customer requirements.
